Long Lost Family

Powerful real-life stories of people searching for missing family members.  I series produced, series edit produced and directed across several series, winning a TV Choice Award.  This is one of my favourite episodes.

Long Lost Family: What Happened Next

I was SP on three consecutive series of 'What Happened Next', catching up with families who had been reunited on 'Long Lost Family'.  I was determined to make the follow-up episodes just as compelling as the initial reunions.  This meant producing stories with dramatic developments and discovering new relatives.

Grand Designs

I directed eleven episodes of Channel 4's flagship architecture series., including this BAFTA-nominated episode about a cinema conversion in Yorkshire.

African School

A heart-warming observational documentary series about school life in Uganda.  I self-shot and directed three episodes including the series launch episode which won a One World Award, a Monte Carlo Television Festival Award, and was nominated for a Grierson Award.

Celebrity Health Stories

S-Club 7 singer, Hannah Sprearritt, investigates Breast Implant Illness after experiencing debilitating health problems herself.  I was drafted in to pull together this edit in record time.

The Big Idea Works

A new series presented by entrepreneur and 'Dragon', Sara Davies.   A workshop-based format where the ingenious inventions of everyday people are brought to life by a crack team of engineers. Due to broadcast in 2025.

The World's Oldest Teenager

A critically acclaimed observational documentary about Hayley Okines, a child with a rare terminal disease.   I self-shot and directed this film for the 'Extraordinary People' strand.

Around The World In 80 Trades

City hot-shot Conor Woodman trades his way around the world.  I self-shot this episode in Mexico and Brazil.

Revealed

I made three history documentaries for the 'Revealed' strand.  This one was about Alice Keppel, the favourite mistress of Edward VII and great-grandmother to Queen Camilla.

The Beginner's Guide to Islam

I self-shot this light-hearted spiritual travelogue with the late Peaches Geldof in Morocco.  She was only 16, fiercely intelligent and very funny.
